Torsby's favorable geographical location creates the conditions for a variety of activities year-round. Summer offers a fantastic range of nature-related activities. The wilderness here is welcoming, consisting of forests and hills, as well as numerous lakes, rivers, and streams. Autumn brings new opportunities, such as berry picking and hunting.In winter, there's guaranteed snow with several ski resorts nearby. Winter courses are in the works!
Animals you might encounter include Sweden's "Big Five": the moose, wolf, bear, wolverine, and lynx. And of course, there are many more animals, such as foxes, capercaillies, ravens, eagles, roe deer, and red deer.
